  5. Only after that should you judge traffic quality or offer strength.

What not to do

Do not increase budget just because the store revenue looks okay. Also do not pause everything just because TikTok says zero purchases.

A better move is to cap spend, fix the measurement path, and then retest with cleaner signal.
